Roles

  • Design
  • Development

As part of their annual “On y croit” contest, Decathlon stores in the Liège region join forces to fund sports projects that have a positive local impact and reflect the brand’s core values: health, community engagement, inclusion, and respect for the environment. To support the initiative, we designed a registration platform, a digital showcase to highlight participants, and in-store voting kiosks.

Challenges

Design an experience that is simple and engaging for project leaders, while encouraging customers to visit stores to vote. The system needed to adapt to the different phases of the contest and offer organizers a clear, centralized, and flexible management tool.

Solutions

We built a scalable website structured around the three key stages of the contest. An online registration platform allowed candidates to submit their projects easily. An interactive voting app deployed on in-store kiosks provided customers with a smooth and engaging experience. Finally, a fully custom admin interface was developed to manage content, track statistics, and oversee each phase of the competition.

Additional details

The admin panel allows for store-specific management, with visual tools to monitor registrations and voting progress. It also enables easy switching between the contest’s phases: the registration period, in-store voting, and a dedicated blog to feature the winners.
