As part of our collaboration with Maison Despriet, a key player in food distribution for the HORECA sector, we developed a suite of digital tools to boost their online presence and enhance internal efficiency. The project began with the creation of a showcase website, quickly followed by the integration of a webshop. We then designed a fully custom ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system built for the web. This centralized platform allows real-time tracking and optimization of all internal processes.
Challenges
Bringing together all of the company’s complex workflows into a single, user-friendly platform: order and stock management, invoicing, deliveries, supplier coordination, and website administration, while ensuring the system remains intuitive and easy to use for the internal team.
Solutions
We developed a tailor-made ERP system, with each module built to meet Maison Despriet’s specific needs: client and supplier management, stock and order tracking, delivery logistics, and invoicing. In parallel, we integrated a powerful and user-friendly webshop, fully aligned with the sector’s requirements. All tools are operated from a centralized interface, designed for simplicity and efficiency. This interconnected solution enables smooth, end-to-end management of daily operations, from supply to delivery.
