E-mergence is a digital platform connecting patients with therapists specializing in psychotherapy and body-mind approaches. It allows users to find the right professional, book a session online, and attend it via secure video call, all within a smooth, user-friendly, and confidential environment.

Challenges

Designing a platform that’s both intuitive and technically robust, capable of meeting the needs of a diverse audience while ensuring high standards of data protection. A strong visual identity and communication strategy were also essential to position E-mergence as a trusted reference. The platform needed to include reliable tools for managing client records, scheduling appointments, handling online payments, and conducting remote sessions.

Solutions

We developed a tailor-made platform combining a warm, modern design with powerful features. Its sunny and reassuring visual identity builds user trust from the first interaction. Patients can easily find a therapist, book an appointment, and join a video session via a secure system. On the therapists’ side, integrated tools support effortless management of appointments, payments, and client records.

Additional details

The back-office allows administrators to validate therapist profiles, moderate published content (articles, activities), and manage paid subscriptions. Therapists benefit from a complete workspace to follow up on their patients, appointments, and payments. The video call system was developed entirely in-house to ensure confidentiality, performance, and ease of use.
